Try serving this mango salsa with tortilla chips and some margaritas and everyone will love it! You can even add the salsa to main dishes, such as grilled fish or chicken. Season meat with a little Cajun spice, and then top it off with this amazing Mango Salsa.

For best results, you will need to use fresh mango. The tartness of the lime and the heat from the jalapeño peppers creates the perfect combination of sweet and spicy.

Fresh Mango Salsa
Servings: 6
  • 1 large mango diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion minced
  • 1 red pepper diced
  • 1 jalapeño seeded + minced
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • salt to taste
  1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Place in refrigerator for a half hour. Serve with tortilla chips and as a condiment for entrees, such as grilled fish or chicken.
